简介：徐大强、张伟、高柏森因打劫被判入狱，在狱中，他们获悉收藏赃物的地方将要拆卸，为了夺回拼命得来的财富而决定越狱。徐大强狱长儿子打死并带上了目击者天赐越狱。狱长为替儿子报仇，便串通一外藉警司利用帮会的人对徐大强进行追杀。天赐父亲知道狱长为人阴险，担心儿子安全，遂找得辞职警探万子协助，希望天赐能逃脱，向警方解释。另一方面，天赐被利用完后，被徐丢下，因各方面的误会而遭追杀，而匿藏地点却被外藉警司获悉，当他正想杀天赐时，幸得万子的警探好友陈SIR出手，救回一命。万子为要证实天赐无辜，一定要捉拿徐大强作证。徐在多方追捕下，走头无路，迫得与万子合作，但他却首先要避过帮会及外藉警司的追杀，无耐之下，徐连同万子作出孤注一掷的反击，向两大势力作出挑战。
